The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the management mode of the internet site www.cinello.it and www.cinello.com concerning the processing of personal data of users/visitors.

This is a general information provided pursuant to Legislative decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (referred to as “Privacy Code”) of the European Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) as well as the General Measure of the Privacy Guarantor regarding the “Identification of the simplified procedures for the disclosure and acquisition for the use of cookies” of 8 May 2014.

The information is only intended for the site of Cinello s.r.l. and not for other websites possibly viewed by the user through a link. The information is based on Recommendation 2/2001 which was adopted by the European authorities for the protection of personal data, reunited in the Group established from art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46/CE on 17 May 2001 to identify the minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and in particular the modalities, time and type of the information that the owners of the processing must provide for the users when they connect to the website, regardless the purposes of the connection. This Privacy Policy applies to all those who use and/or register on the website of Cinello s.r.l.

For the use of specific services by clients/users there is specific information and if required, specific consent on the processing of personal data.

This involves Cinello s.r.l.’s obtainment of the sender’s e-mail address and/or any other personal data that will be processed solely to respond to the request or for the providing of the service. RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING Mr. Alessandro Cavallini has been named responsible for data processing pursuant to article 29 of the Privacy Code and article 28 GDPR as responsible for the maintenance of the technological part of the site.

The processing concerning the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of Cinello s.r.l and is only handled by technical personnel in charge of the processing. The data concerning the newsletter service can be processed by the responsible for the processing at their work place.

Navigation data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website gather some personal data during their normal operation, on which transmission is implicit when using the Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which for their very nature could allow the users to be identified through processing and association of data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names used by other users connecting the site, the addresses in notation URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer status. updating, rectification, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking the illegal data procession, including the data that does not has to be stored for purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, the right to propose a complaint to the Privacy Guarantor.
